First Presbyterian Church of Dunn is a Christ-centered family of faith serving the greater Dunn & Erwin area since 1889. We are a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and a member of Coastal Carolina Presbytery, which means we practice our faith in the reformed tradition of Christianity. Our aim is to grow deeper in our love for God and our love for our neighbors in response to God's love for us in Jesus Christ.

We live in a busy and hectic world, full of commitments and distractions that pull us from what's really important in life. In a world like this, people need a sense of purpose. Therefore, our church comes together so that we might live with love for God, just as Jesus taught.

We live in a lonely and divided world, where we’re often pitted against one another for our differences. In a world like this, people need community. Therefore, our church comes together so that we might live with love for our neighbors, just as Jesus taught.

BECAUSE CHRIST LOVES US FIRST

Jesus said, "Love one another as I have loved you."

We live in a world where no one is perfect, and yet we are measured by our successes and mistakes, leaving us burdened and tired. In a world like this, people need hope. Therefore, before anything else, our church comes together so that we might be reminded that in Jesus Christ, God has loved us first, once and for all.
